For home deliveries, you can track your order through the link on your despatch email. For click and collect orders, you will receive a text and email to let you know that your order is ready to collect from your chosen store.

Free Standard Home Delivery (Orders Over £49.99)

By spending over £49.99 online, you will qualify for Free Standard Home Delivery. We reserve the right to vary the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether.

*Excludes items that have a £10 large item delivery cost.

Standard Home Delivery (£3.99)

Standard Home Delivery orders should arrive within 5 days, and deliveries are made 7 days a week.

Next Day Home Delivery (£4.99)

Order before 10pm Sunday-Friday for home delivery the next day. Orders placed between 10pm on Friday and 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Next Day Click & Collect (£1.99)

Order before 10pm Tuesday-Friday to collect in store the next day. Orders placed between 10pm on Saturday and 10pm on Sunday will be ready to collect in store on Monday. Orders placed after 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note our next day delivery service and next day click & collect service is not available for the following locations:

• Boucher Road
• Craigavon
• Newtownabbey
• Londonderry
• Elgin
• Newtownards

Please note our next day delivery service and next day click & collect service is not available on selected items due to their size/weight. Products typically affected are:

• Charity products
• Hyacinth drawer units
• Plastic storage drawers
• Large storage boxes
• Mirrors
• Large photo frames
• Narrow wooden units
• Rugs
• Large luggage
• Lighting

Standard Click & Collect (£0.99 or Free for Orders Over £19.99)

Standard Click & Collect orders will arrive in store within 5 days.

Once your Click & Collect order has arrived in store, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a text to let you know your order is ready to collect. Please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase.

If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 10 days. At 15 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order.

Unfortunately Click & Collect is not available at any of our clearance stores.
